Parts for Porsche 993

The Porsche 911 changed its name for type 993, and was the last version which received the Boxer engine cooled by air. Officially presented on the 9th November 1993, she was almost the only one in the catalogue Porsche during 4 years. The 993 was remarkable: its line lower and slender, thanks to its poly-ellipsoidal lights and its bumpers perfectly incorporated to the design of the car body. This version of the 911 rapidly obtained an image of reliability and agility, due to its famous six-cylinders cooled by air and its chassis completely new, in aluminium! The Porsche 993 Turbo was the first, in 1995, which received an engine bi-turbo 3.6l of 408hp, guaranteeing high performances. The Targa, as for her, was equipped with an electrical glass roof, which slip under the rear window. Sold until 1998, this 993 will remain in the minds of many people as 'the' last real Porsche 911 before water came to cooled the minds of the purest people!
