Details about : Brake fluid tester


This tool is used to test the boiling point of the brake fluid.
The boiling point temperature is used so you can work out exactly the water content of brake fluids.

Suitable for cars, motorcycles and vans with DOT 3, DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 brake fluids.

It is powered by the vehicle's 12 V battery.

Test current: 5 - 7 A
Ambient temperature: 0 - 50°C
Boiling point measurement range: <= 320°C (<= 608°F)
Boiling point measurement accuracy: +/- 5%.
Temperature measurement range: -60°C to 500°C (-76°F to 932°F)
Temperature measurement accuracy: -20 to 500°C +/- 1% + 3 digits
