TEROSON RB R2000 HS High Solid is a rubber- and resin-based, bitumen-free anti-gravelling material that protects underbody panels, front and rear aprons , door sills and rocker panels. Once fully cured, it offers permanent protection against corrosion and debris projections (pebbles, gravel). Thisabrasion-resistant coating offers good aging characteristics and no cracking at low temperatures. It can be applied to painted parts, primed metal surfaces and can be used for repair work on surfaces already coated with a rubber/resin base. This product is ideal for reproducing OEM textures, and is compatible with all OEM coatings.
It can also be used as a sound deadener for wheel arches and side members, or as a coating or sealant at weld seams and sheet metal junctions.

Pre-treatment :
- Surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry and free of grease, rust and dirt.
- Areas not to be coated must be properly covered with masking paper.

Instructions for use:
- Recommended application pressure: 4 to 5 bar.
- Shake bottle upside down for 1 min. before use.
- On vertical surfaces, it can be applied in one step up to 1mm thick (wet film).
- To avoid bare spots, the material should be sprayed in a criss-cross pattern.
- In favorable weather conditions, the vehicle is ready for use 2 to 4 hours after application.
- Final drying in 48h.
