The antenna arrived slightly damaged. Customer service was reactive and a new one was sent immediately, a good point for me. The antenna itself does the job, but the coating seems rather fragile, so it remains to be seen whether it will hold up over time.

A much more stylish antenna than the original, made of aluminum and finished in matte black paint. Installation takes just a few seconds. Reception quality appears identical to the original.

The antenna is fine, the thing is that it came with a small peeling on the base. Since this is an "expensive" item for what it really is, you should at least make sure it is in perfect condition. Regarding the product itself, it fits perfectly on the MX5 ND and looks very nice, no complaints in this regard.

Its not an antenna with an internal coil tuned to DAB and FM radio frequencies, but jut a piece of metal. In addition it does mount on a Mazda MX-5 ND.
