Mechanical pushrod, designed for valve clearance adjustment by shim (not supplied) The change from mechanical to hydraulic pushrods occurred during the year 1985 (chassis "F"). Some engines had mechanical pushrods until ->1987. Note that it is possible that a newer engine or cylinder head (with hydraulic pushrods) has replaced your original engine, so it is preferable to check your setup before ordering.
