Black granular ABS plastic windshield post deflectors for VW Golf 1 GTI 1.6L and 1.8L (01/1982-12/1983)

Left and right windscreen pillar deflectors(A-Pillar) black color with original surface grain for Volkswagen Golf 1:

- GTI 1.6L 110hp from 01/1982 to 07/1982 (engine code EG)
- GTI 1.8L 112hp from 08/1982 to 12/1983 (engine code DX)
- GTI 1.8L 112hp from 08/1982 to 12/1983 (engine code JJ)

Perfect replicas of the original deflectors found on European GTI models, they are fitted between the lip of the outer windshield seal and the roof gutter (no windshield glue or other adhesives are required).

INFORMATION: These deflectors first appeared on the Golf 1 GTI in 1982. The later 1600s and 1800s were equipped with them. As were the GTI 16S Oettinger and the Pirelli special series, GTI Plus, GTI Trophy and GTI Campaign. Their role is to attenuate air noise at high speeds.
