030 109 101 AD : Camshaft for classic vehicle

The camshaft is an essential component of the engine timing system: it controls the opening and closing of the valves in synchronisation with the crankshaft. On a classic vehicle, its replacement is often necessary during a complete engine overhaul or when signs of wear appear on the cams or journals. The use of a new part guarantees compliance with original timing settings and helps restore period-correct performance. A careful inspection of the entire timing system is recommended during this operation.
