La livraison est intervenue dans les délais prévus, malheureusement nous nous sommes rendu compte que la lampe commandée ne pouvait se monter dans notre nouvelle caravane. Après un contact téléphonique très positif, notre retour a été accepté, une étiquette de renvoi nous a été transmise, à réception du renvoi le montant payé nous a été remboursé sur notre compte soit 17.80€ En vous remerciant
