Oil drain seal kit for VW Combi Split Brazil (1957–1975)

This oil drain seal kit contains everything you need to drain the oil sump of your Combi engine correctly. It includes the two paper seals surrounding the oil strainer, as well as the sealing washer for the centre bolt or the dummy plug. Essential for preventing drip leaks from under the engine after each routine service.

When changing the oil, clean the drain plug plate and the oil strainer thoroughly. Never reuse old gaskets: the paper gaskets and the copper washer on the central screw must be replaced with every oil change to prevent seepage beneath the engine block.

Check: Tighten the drain plug to the recommended torque (approximately 7 Nm), tightening the nuts in a cross-pattern to avoid warping the plug and to ensure the paper gaskets are compressed evenly.
