This engine mount for 2CV before 1970 isolates the engine from the chassis of the 2CV and derivatives. Mounted on the right and left of the front chassis cross members, the bi-material engine mounts also serve as a silent block and limit the transmission of engine vibrations into the body. Also remember to change the gearbox support.
