This cylinder head cover gasket is intended for the BMW Series 7 E38 equipped with the V8 M62 engine, in the versions 735i (M62B35, 236 bhp), 735iL (M62B35, 236 bhp), 740i (M62B44, 286 bhp) and 740iL (M62B44, 286 bhp), produced from September 1998 to July 2001. It covers cylinders 5 to 8 only and is not suitable for M60 engines.
