This flector is a new part designed to replace the original flexible steering joint on the Renault 4L. It covers all variants in the range, saloons as well as vans, for the purposes of restoration or routine maintenance of this iconic classic vehicle. It should be noted that the earliest versions were held in place by screwing, whilst later versions adopted a riveted system; replacement with this part is carried out by fixing with four bolts.
