Bonjour, Je vous écris pour exprimer mon mécontentement concernant ma récente commande. Celle-ci devait inclure des supports d’ampoules, mais ceux-ci étaient absents à la réception. J'ai tenté de vous contacter à plusieurs reprises, mais je n'ai reçu aucun retour de votre part. Sans les supports d’ampoules, je ne peux rien faire avec les feux que j'ai reçus, ce qui rend cette commande inutile pour moi. J'attends une réponse rapide de votre part pour résoudre ce problème.
