MECARUN P18 250ml is a metal-to-metal surface treatment for engines, manual and automatic gearboxes and axles. It is compatible with all mineral and synthetic oils.
Its main function is to prevent hot and cold wear on all mechanical parts in contact, via high-pressure lubrication before the oil film is created. It therefore radically reduces wear, which mainly occurs at cold start-up (between 500 and 1000 rpm).
Its exceptional anti-friction properties will reduce ring vibrations and improve compression, while increasing the longevity of mechanical parts(rings, cylinders, piston and turbo pins, crankshafts, connecting rod bearings , camshafts and hydraulic lifters, gearbox and axle bearings and teeth).
The engine becomes smoother and quieter, and consumes less fuel.

Dosage 4-stroke engine: 4% of oil volume, i.e. 200ml for 5 liters (competition: 6%, i.e. 300ml for 5 liters).
Then 1/2 dosage to be added to the new oil at each oil change (P18 does not disappear completely from the engine when changed, as it is a surface treatment that fuses with the metal).
Dosage for 2-stroke engines: 2% of oil volume, i.e. 20ml for 1 liter.
Manual gearbox and axle dosage: 4% of oil volume, i.e. 80ml for 2 liters (competition: 6%, i.e. 120ml for 2 liters).
Automatic gearbox dosage: 2% of oil volume, i.e. 80ml for 4 liters.
Directions for use :
- 1 250ml bottle treats up to 6.25 liters of oil (4% dosage).
- Can be added up to 8000kms after an oil change.
- For new engines, do not use P18 before the end of the running-in period.
