MTS TECHNIK Comfort Series height-adjustable threaded combination suspension kit for BMW 3 Series E36 Sedan, Touring, Coupé and Cabriolet with standard or M-Technic chassis:

- All 4- and 6-cylinder petrol and diesel models from 06/1992 (including M3)

ATTENTION: Not suitable for Compact, Touring with self-leveling, or for models from 11/1989 to 05/1992 (different front suspension kinematics)!

Kit includes :
- 2 twin-tube gas-hydraulic front shock absorbers, adjustable from -40mm to -80mm (M12 thread)
- 2 rear twin-tube gas-hydraulic shock absorbers adjustable from -40mm to -80mm (M10 thread)
(Lowering values given as an indication with standard chassis as reference)
- 4 springs
- Stops and dust covers
- Adjusting wrench
- Top mounting nuts and washers

This MTS Technik kit is assembled with main springs manufactured by EIBACH and developed in 3 versions (Street, Comfort and Sport). The springs in this Comfort Series kit have been specially designed to maintain maximum suspension comfort in all circumstances, without sacrificing roadholding.

These shock absorbers are twin-tube gas-hydraulic versions. Pressurized gas acts directly on the hydraulic fluid, eliminating the "foaming" effect of oil (an undesirable phenomenon typical of oil dampers), for maximum efficiency.
Their setting is fixed, not adjustable in hardness.
Shock absorber bodies are galvanized for corrosion resistance and longevity.

Front and rear suspension bearings are not included.
It is advisable to replace them with new ones when changing suspensions.
The bearing anchorage area on the top of the front shock absorber rods is designed for standard mounting on original bearings with 14mm center rings.

Depending on your lowering settings and the type of rims used, you may need to replace your sway bar links with adjustable models (part no. BJ42243) and fit spacers for a perfect fit.

This kit comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
