New turbocharger without exchange, for original Borgwarner installation. Precautions must be taken when replacing a turbo: - Cleaning the oil circuit is essential to eliminate any residue that may obstruct the circuit - Replacing the oil and oil filter - Checking and cleaning the intake and oil return ducts - The air hoses and breather must also be checked - Using a syringe, prime the turbo with oil through the turbo oil inlet, then manually prime the turbine. - Once the new turbo is installed, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Before stopping the engine, let it idle for a few seconds (do not accelerate abruptly before stopping).
