New turbo charger for Transporter T5 2.5 TDi ->2010, Garrett assembly

New turbocharger without exchange, for original Garrett mounting.
For VOLKSWAGEN Transporter T5 from 2004 to 2005:
- 2.5 TDi 130hp (AXD) 4Motion

7J-4-040942 up to ->7J-5-013365

For VOLKSWAGEN Transporter T5:
- 2.5 TDi 130hp (AXD) front-wheel drive
From chassis No: 7H-5H048001->, 7H-5X011501-> or 7J-5-013366-> Precautions must be taken when replacing a Turbo:
- Cleaning the oil circuit is imperative to eliminate any residue that may obstruct the circuit
- Replacing the oil and oil filter
- Checking and cleaning the intake and oil return ducts
- The air hoses and breather must also be checked
- Using a syringe, prime the turbo with oil through the turbo oil inlet, then manually prime the turbine.
- Once the new turbo is installed, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Before stopping the engine, let it idle for a few seconds (do not accelerate abruptly before stopping)
