New turbo-compressor without exchange
on original Garrett assembly.

For VW Transporter T4, Multivan
Years: 98 ->06/2003
Engines:
- 2.5 TDi 151hp (AHY, AXG) Precautions must be taken when replacing a turbocharger:
- The oil system must be cleaned to remove any residue which may block it
- The oil and oil filter must be replaced
- The oil inlet and return ducts must be checked and cleaned
- The air hoses and breather hose must also be checked
- Using a syringe, fill the turbo with oil via the turbo oil inlet, then prime the turbine by hand.
- Once the new turbo has been fitted, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Before stopping the
engine, allow it to idle for a few seconds (do not accelerate suddenly before stopping)
