New turbocharger without exchange for BMW X3 E83 and LCI :

- 2.0d 4cyl 150hp from 05/2003 to 07/2006 (engine code M47D20TU)
- 2.0d 4cyl 150hp from 03/2006 to 08/2007 (engine code M47D20TU)

This turbo is sold new without exchange, it does not require the return of your old part.

Some precautions must be taken when replacing your turbocharger:
- Clean the oil circuit to eliminate any residue that may obstruct it.
- Drain engine oil and replace oil filter.
- Check and clean oil intake and return ducts.
- Check air hoses and breather.
- Fill the turbo with oil through the turbo oil inlet using a syringe, then prime the turbine by hand.
- Start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes.
- After motorway cruising or acceleration, we strongly advise you to let the engine idle for a few seconds before switching it off (do not accelerate suddenly before coming to a halt, to prevent the turbo from running without lubrication).
