The Powerlite multi-position reinforced starter provides powerful, reliable starting while drawing less current from the battery.
On some vehicles, it can be difficult to fit the starter without removing certain peripherals, as the side-mounted solenoid comes up against the chassis, an exhaust manifold...

That's why this model has a front plate with various drill holes to allow the starter to be rotated and the solenoid to be removed.
It is not polarity-sensitive, and can be fitted with either positive or negative ground.
