This reinforcement kit is designed for rear axle repairs; over time and depending on the engine variant, the rear axle tends to tear away at the silent block mounting points, which is why Mecatechnic offers you the option of a repair using steel reinforcement plates. Fitting must be carried out by a professional, as cutting into the chassis is necessary if the axle mounting points are already cracked or torn away, and welded joints are required to ensure the reinforcement remains secure over time.
