Stamped in Brazil from original parts, they are chrome-plated in Europe using an environmentally-friendly process in line with current standards.

2 bumpers out of 100 are taken from the production line and tested in a particularly aggressive salt spray for 240 hours to validate their corrosion resistance. They are then torsion-tested until they break, to validate the resistance of the chrome.
