Roadster:
- 2.8 192hp phase 1 from 07/1996 to 08/1998 (engine code M52B28)

Coupé:
- 2.8 192hp phase 1 from 05/1997 to 08/1998 (engine code M52B28)

WARNING: Not suitable for Z3 2.8 phase 2 with M52B28TU engine (double Vanos) from 09/1998!!

This head cover gasket is delivered complete. It will allow a perfect sealing of the top engine.
