Victor Reinz oil pan gasket for Volkswagen Golf 1 and Jetta 1, rubber version

This rubber gasket provides a seal between the cast-iron engine sill and the steel oil sump of your VW Golf 1 or Jetta 1.

A crankcase gasket hardened or porous by years of engine heat will leak oil. Replace it quickly before you see your garage floor covered with an oil stain.

When disassembling the crankcase, be sure to clean the gasket surfaces on the crankcase and on the engine, to avoid over-thickness which could lead to further leaks.
