Bilstein B6 rear damper for Volkswagen Passat B3

This Bilstein B6 rear damper is designed to replace a worn or defective damper on the Volkswagen Passat B3 (35i), in both Saloon and Estate body styles. It is compatible with petrol engines 1.6, 1.8, 2.0 and 2.8 VR6, as well as diesel versions 1.6 TD, 1.9 D, 1.9 TD and 1.9 TDi. Please note that it is not suitable for all-wheel-drive Syncro variants. As part of the restoration or maintenance of a classic Passat B3, replacing the dampers helps restore handling characteristics that conform to the original specification.
