It connects the brake booster vacuum hose to the intake pipe, directing the air flow efficiently and reliably to activate the power braking system. It is often made of rubber or silicone, as these materials offer the flexibility needed to withstand pressure variations and heat, while ensuring a perfect seal.

This 90° bend at the end of the brake booster vacuum hose on the intake manifold of the Type 4 1.8L & 2.0L engine is suitable for Combi Bay Window, with Type 4 engine:

- 1800cc 68hp (AP) from 08/1973 to 07/1975

- 2000cc 70hp (CJ) from 08/1976 to 07/1979

- 2000cc 70hp (GD) from 08/1976 to 06/1977

- 2000cc 70hp (GE) from 08/1976 to 06/1979

+ 412 :

- 1800cc 75hp (AT) from 08/1973 to 07/1974

- 1800cc 85hp(AN) from 08/1973 to 07/1974

Need 2 pieces, sold individually.

Diameters: 8 mm on one side / 10 mm on the other. Rubber part could be recut as needed for other applications.
