AUTOGLYM Engine Compartment Cleaner (1L ) is a spray containing a powerful, non-corrosive and biodegradable product. Water-based and solvent-free, it is safe for plastics, rubber, paint and metals.
It's an easy-to-use, multi-purpose cleaner that quickly dissolves dirt, grease, oil and liquids.
It is highly recommended for cleaning the engine compartment. However, it can also be used on anodized wheels. Instructions for use :
Before starting, make sure the motor is cold. Next, protect vulnerable items (battery, relay box, electrical cable, etc.) with plastic film or waterproof tape. Apply to a small area to ensure that the product does not damage plated metals, and avoid application to highly polished alloy finishes.
- Spray on and use a brush to loosen dirt.
- Spray to remove residues, dust and dirt (do not use a high-pressure spray)
- If necessary, wipe with a clean cloth or microfiber. Do not allow product to dry.
Be careful not to flood air inlets, sensitive electrical components or use pressure washing.
After cleaning, spray damp surfaces with AUTOGLYM spray for vinyl and rubber (ref. UC04130) and allow to dry.
