Bardhal 600ml DPF Cleaner

Product to be injected directly into the exhaust system

Bardahl DPF Cleaner is designed for quick and easy use. If the filter becomes clogged, simply:

Shake the aerosol can,

Remove the differential pressure sensor (engine compartment) or the pipe directly upstream of the DPF.

Start the vehicle and let the engine idle.

Insert the extension tube towards the DPF.

Empty the aerosol completely.

Rev the engine to 2,500 rpm for 5 minutes, then switch off the engine.

Reconnect the vehicle to its original configuration.

Carry out a test drive to initiate a dynamic or static regeneration cycle, as recommended by the manufacturer.

If necessary, clear the fault codes using a diagnostic tool

If the filter is clogged, simply:

Inject the entire contents of the product whilst the engine is switched off,

Leave it to work for 10 minutes,

Then follow the procedure indicated on the aerosol can from step 6 onwards to complete the cleaning.

For best results, this procedure should be carried out whilst the engine is cold or when the exhaust system temperature is below 150°C.
