bonjour c'est par rapport au site comme quoi cela est dispo et que je prend une livraison en colissimo .au final pour recevoir le colis 3 semaines plus tard . cela ma empêché de pour faire mon meeting. cordialement

Bonjour je suis très insatisfait car commande non reçu, mondial relais ont répondu que le colis a bien était livré au point relais, pas de colis au point relais après plusieurs passages de ma part.et maintenant quel recours ? Un achat régler es non reçu. Client depuis de longue années je suis très déçu.
