This breather hose ensures the connection between the cylinder head cover and the intake system on the Audi A3 (8L) equipped with the 1.8 Turbo engine in 150 bhp versions (engine codes ARX, AUM) and 180 bhp versions (engine codes ARY, AUQ). Its role is to recycle the oil vapours produced by the engine towards the intake, thus ensuring the proper functioning of the crankcase ventilation circuit and the cleanliness of the engine assembly.
