This chrome rear bumper for Volkswagen Beetle from 08/1974 to 2003 is a faithful reproduction of the rear bumpers of the latest models of the Beetle. Stamped in Brazil from original parts, they are chrome-plated in Europe using an environmentally friendly process that meets current standards. This bumper comes with a black adhesive strip and has the 17 holes necessary for the attachment of ribs. 2 bumpers out of 100 are taken from the production line and tested in particularly aggressive salt fog for 240 hours to validate their corrosion resistance. They are then tested in torsion until failure to validate the durability of the chrome.
