Complete timing kit and large roller water pump for Porsche 944 2.5 phase 2 (1987-1991)

Complete timing kit and water pump version with large roller:

The kit contains :

- ContiTech timing belt

- original PORSCHE timing belt idler for automatic tensioner

- smooth timing belt idler (46 mm)

- balance shaft belt

- toothed balancer belt tensioner pulley

- Smooth idler for balancing belt

- the water pump version for 46 mm roller and its seal

- Crankshaft oil seal

- The balance shaft and camshaft oil seals.

Note that the left balance shaft and camshaft oil seals are identical (30x47 mm) and the right balance shaft oil seal is different (30x48 mm).

Your Porsche may have been fitted with a water pump assembly with a small 32 mm diameter roller. The engine may have been replaced in the past. The fixing point for this roller is therefore different on the water pump. If this is the case, it is possible to fit the water pump with the large roller version (46 mm diameter) as shown here, but this will require a cut-out in the plastic timing cover on the engine block side or replacement with the OEM version 944 105 039 02, which has the necessary opening.
