Complete timing kit and small roller water pump for Porsche 944 2.5 (1982-1986)

Complete timing kit and water pump version with small roller for Porsche 944 phase 1:

The kit contains :

- ContiTech timing belt

- timing belt tensioner roller

- smooth timing belt idler (32 mm)

- balance shaft belt

- balance belt notched idler pulley

- smooth balance belt pulley

- the water pump version for 32 mm roller and its seal

- Balance shaft and camshaft spigot seals

There are two crankshaft oil pump seals for the 944 phase 1:

• 1 for 1982-1983 models, dimensions 35 x 55 x 7 mm
• 1 for 1984 to 1985 models with dimensions 38 x 52 x 7 mm from M 41E 09030> M 41E 20780> M 43E 14859> M 43E 21784>.

This spinnaker gasket should be ordered in addition if you decide to replace it by referring to the production year of your 944 (note: the date of first registration is often several months out of date with the production date), or by checking your engine code if you are not certain that it is original.

Note that the left balance shaft and camshaft seals are identical (30x47 mm) and the right balance shaft seal is different (30x48 mm).

Your Porsche may have had a water pump upgrade. There is a version with a small timing belt pulley mounted on it, 32 mm in diameter, and another with a 46 mm pulley. The mounting points on the water pump are therefore different.
