This conversion plate for front left shock absorber mounting on 2CV chassis with friction damper (02/1970-07/1975) is a quality manufacture.

This shock absorber mounting plate for 2CV allows conversion of a friction front suspension system to a shock absorber system. The plate attaches to the original chassis at the level of the suspension pot anchors and allows a shock absorber to be mounted on its 12mm threaded axle.
