Bonjour, Suite à la commande et à la réception d'une pièce neuve défectueuse, j'ai pris contacte par téléphone avec un conseiller de Mécatchnic, qui à organisé le retour de la pièce défectueuse et qui , à la réception de celle-ci, m'a renvoyé une nouvelle pièce. Réactif et efficace.
