Non-exchangeable new turbo (no return of your old part)

For original BORGWARNER fitting

Compatible with <strong, up to ->14/05/2007:
- 1.9 TDi 90hp (BXJ)
- 1.9 TDi 105hp (BLS) Precautions should be taken when replacing a turbocharger:
- The oil circuit must be cleaned to remove any residue that may clog the circuit
- The oil and oil filter must be changed
- The oil intake and return pipes must be checked and cleaned
- The air hoses and breather pipes should also be checked
- With the help of a syringe, feed oil into the turbo via the oil inlet, then start the turbine manually.
- Once the new turbo is installed, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Before stopping the
engine, let it idle for a few seconds (do not accelerate suddenly before stopping)
