New Turbo without exchange for Golf 4 and New Beetle 1.8 Turbo

For Golf 4 :
- 1.8 Turbo 150hp (AUM)
- 1.8 Turbo 180hp (AUQ)

For New Beetle :
- 1.8 Turbo 150hp (AWU, AWV)

Supplied with gaskets, studs and priming syringe Precautions must be taken when replacing a Turbo:
- The oil circuit must be cleaned to remove any residues that may clog the circuit.
- replace the oil and oil filter
- Check and clean oil intake and return ducts
- Air and breather hoses also need checking
- Using a syringe, fill the turbo with oil through the turbo oil inlet, then prime the turbine by hand.
- Once the new turbo has been primed, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Before stopping the
engine, let it idle for a few seconds (do not accelerate suddenly before stopping).
