New turbo offered without exchange (no return of your old part)

For original BORGWARNER assembly

For VW Golf 6:
- 2.0 TDi 110hp (CBDC)
- 2.0 TDi 136hp (CBAA)
- 2.0 TDi 140hp (CBAB) There are precautions to take when replacing a Turbo:
- A cleaning of the oil system is imperative to remove any residue that may clog the system
- Replacing the oil and oil filter
- Checking and cleaning the oil intake and return lines
- The air hoses and breather should also be checked
- Using a syringe, squirt the turbo with oil through the turbo's oil inlet, then prime the turbine by hand.
- Once the new turbo is installed, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Before stopping the engine, let it idle for a few seconds (do not accelerate suddenly before stopping)
