New turbo without exchange for VW Golf 5 GTI 2.0L TFSI (09/2004-06/2008) - with additional breather hose

New turbo version with additional breather tube for VW Golf 5:

- GTI 2.0L TFSI 200hp from 09/2004 to 06/2008 (engine code AXX)
- GTI 2.0L TFSI 200hp from 09/2004 to 06/2008 (engine code BWA)

ATTENTION: There are 2 different assemblies, one with additional breather tube, the other without. Please check your original part number before ordering!

The turbocharger is sold complete with seals. No instructions are necessary (no exchange).

Precautions must be taken when replacing a Turbo:
- The oil circuit must be cleaned to remove any residue that may clog the circuit.
- replace the oil and oil filter
- Check and clean oil intake and return ducts
- Air and breather hoses also need checking
- Using a syringe, fill the turbo with oil through the turbo oil inlet, then prime the turbine by hand.
- Once the new turbo has been fitted, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Before stopping the engine, let it idle for a few seconds (do not accelerate suddenly before stopping).
