New turbo without exchange for VW Golf 6 GTI 2.0L TSI (03/2009-05/2016)

New turbo without exchange for VW Golf 6 Sedan and Convertible:

Sedan :
- GTI 2.0L TSI 211hp from 03/2009 to 03/2012 (engine code CCZB)

Cabriolet :
- GTI 2.0L TSI 211hp from 11/2011 to 05/2016 (engine code CCZB)

The turbocharger is sold complete with seals. No instructions are necessary.

Precautions must be taken when replacing a Turbo:
- The oil circuit must be cleaned to remove any residue that may obstruct the circuit.
- replace the oil and oil filter
- Check and clean oil intake and return ducts
- Check air and breather hoses too
- Using a syringe, fill the turbo with oil through the turbo oil inlet, then prime the turbine by hand.
- Once the new turbo has been fitted, start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Before stopping the engine, let it idle for a few seconds (do not accelerate suddenly before stopping).
