This oil pump with strainer for Peugeot 404 and 504 is compatible with models with 4-cylinder petrol engines.

From the first generation of 504s with 4-cylinder petrol engines (type XM, XM7, KF5, KF6, XN1 and XN2) it also equipped the last 404s with XC7 engines, and continued its career under the hoods of the 505 (XM7; XN1, XN6), 604 (XN6), J5 and Citroën C25 (XM7, XN1) and even the P4 with XN8 engines.
