For NC, NCFL and ND models you can use the short 17 mm stainless steel adapter and the plastic bottom ring.

Can be fitted to NA, NB and NBFL. However, if your MX5 NA, NB or NBFL is equipped with an electric antenna, you'll need to use the optional adapter to mount the short antenna on it:
