How to remove a shock absorber spring

Remove the vehicle's suspension strut.
In a vice, position your strut so that it is securely held.
Compress the spring using compressor ref TA00056 and release the stop. For your own safety, this step must be followed.
Remove the stop and remove the spring.
To reassemble, proceed in reverse order.
