This set can be used in 2 ways:
Either manually on a workbench and/or directly on the vehicle, or with a hydraulic press.

What are the technical specifications?

These bushes are 5 mm thick and 60 mm high. The set comprises bushes with external diameters of 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, 70, 72, 74, 76, 78, 80, 82, 85, 90 mm. Rod threads are 10 x 1.5 / 12 x1.5 / 14 x 1.5 / 16 x 1.5 / 18 x 1.5 mm with a screw length of 350 mm.

How does this tool work?
The principle is simple: the rollers grip the axle to allow it to rotate, and that's it.To be used with a 27" hexagonal key or 1/2" square spanner.
What sizes are available?It covers connecting rod head sizes from 30 to 45 mm.

Dismantle your shock absorber springs safely!

How to remove a shock absorber spring

Remove the vehicle's suspension strut.
In a vice, position your strut so that it is securely held.
Compress the spring using compressor ref TA00056 and release the stop. For your own safety, this step must be followed.
Remove the stop and remove the spring.
To reassemble, proceed in reverse order.

This TOOLATELIER steering tie rod remover, also known as axial ball joint extractor , is ideal for removing or installing internal steering tie rods with shafts from 37 to 45 mm.

Very practical, it is used to unlock and lock the axial ball joints at the end of the steering rack.
The principle is simple: the rollers grip the tie-rod axle, which is made up of flats that are not easily accessible. It automatically adjusts at the head to loosen tie-rods with diameters ranging from 37 to 45 mm.

It is used with a 27" hexagonal wrench or a 1/2" square wrench.
It has a rod length of 32 cm, open at both ends, and an external diameter of 89 mm.

Ideal to compress springs in the fork and as such provide access to the upper mount nut for its removal and installation.

Equivalent to the manufacturer references Ducati 887130957 and Triumph T3880067.
