If you wish to request a return for an item or your order, you can do so directly via your customer account under the ‘My Orders’ section. You can also click on this link or contact our customer service team on +33 320 683 800.

How long do I have to request a return?


Who pays the return shipping costs?


Depending on the reason for the return, the return costs may be either your responsibility or covered by Mecatechnic. Generally speaking, if the return is at your initiative (change of mind, error in your order), the return costs will be your responsibility. Otherwise, the return costs will be covered by Mecatechnic if your request is made within the timeframes set out above.

Am I entitled to a refund?


If you wish to cancel your order, you may request a full refund. In all other cases, we will offer you a credit note or an exchange if your return request is deemed valid.


Can I send my item back to you directly?


Whatever the reason for the return, you can contact us to let us know before sending the item back, or submit your request directly via your customer account.

If you return an item without giving a reason, your request may not be processed correctly or your parcel may get lost.

So please always submit a return request via the dedicated ‘My Return Requests’ form in your customer account, or by contacting us by phone, email or live chat.
