038 145 701D : New turbo without exchange for Skoda Octavia 1U

This new turbocharger is designed to replace a worn or faulty part on the Skoda Octavia 1U equipped with the 1.9 TDi 90hp (AGR) engine. It is supplied without standard exchange, which means that no return of the old part is required. During installation, it is imperative to clean the oil circuit, replace the oil and oil filter, check the intake and return oil ducts as well as the air ducts and breather. Before the first start-up, it is recommended to pre-lubricate the turbo through its oil supply port, then let the engine run at idle for about ten minutes to ensure commissioning in the best conditions.
