Fuel filler hose for Volkswagen Polo 6N

Fuel tank inlet: function in the vehicle and when to replace it

This part fulfils a specific function, and signs of wear become apparent before it fails. Replacing it with an original-type part avoids the need to alter the fitment, which is important for a vehicle that you wish to keep compliant.

How to choose

Points to check on the vehicle before ordering:

• The relevant dimensions – diameter, length or thickness – depending on the part number
• The position on the vehicle – front or rear
• The shape of the fitting: straight or angled

The compatibility range indicated on each product sheet then allows you to check that the part number is indeed suitable for the vehicle.

What the range covers

• Filler pipe sleeve
• Filling hose
• Base hose

The range evolves with the catalogue and each part number remains available individually.

Fuel line for classic and vintage cars

On a classic car, maintaining the original specification preserves both the value and the functionality of the vehicle. The range therefore prioritises original-style parts and individual sales, rather than complete sets, when only a single part needs replacing.
