CarPro Iron X (500 ml): ferrous decontaminant for bodywork and wheel rims

CarPro Iron X ferrous decontaminant (500 ml) is a ready-to-use product that dissolves metallic particles embedded in the bodywork and wheel rims: brake dust, ferrous deposits and early signs of rust. These particles become embedded in the paintwork and wheel rims, causing them to lose their shine, and cannot be removed by a simple wash.

It is quick and easy to use thanks to its spray applicator. On contact with ferrous particles, the product changes colour (red/purple), allowing you to see it working without having to scrub. It then makes it easier to polish, protect and buff the bodywork.

It is suitable for car paintwork, wheel rims, windows and chrome surfaces. Remember to test the product on an inconspicuous area before treating old paintwork, polished wheel rims or delicate original finishes.

Do not allow the product to dry on the surface; do not use it in direct sunlight or on a hot surface; and avoid contact with the eyes and skin. The product has a strong odour: work in a well-ventilated area.

Instructions for use:

• Wash and rinse the car or wheel rims beforehand, then leave them in the shade on a cool surface
• Shake the bottle
• Spray the product onto the clean surface, working from bottom to top, panel by panel
• Leave for a few minutes, without allowing it to dry, until the colour appears
• Gently brush the wheel rims with a soft brush if necessary, focusing on the dirtiest areas
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water
• Repeat the process if any traces of dirt remain
