Center pipe for 30/31 PICT carburetor

For 1300 AR engines with dual intake and dual heater.

This manifold is equipped with double reheating, with a smaller internal diameter than the single reheating model. The VC40302 side pipes cannot be mounted on it (large diameter). Reproduction pipes are generally longer than the original and may need to be trimmed or recut.
