Front chassis connection repair plate for inner left wheel arch for Golf 2 and Jetta 2

This repair plate is located at the rear of the front wheel arch and at the front of the floor pan. Also referred to as the front jacking point repair or floor pan repair. The front jacking point stump attaches to this part.

On the Golf 2, it is very common for this part of the vehicle to rust out or succumb to damage from being jacked up incorrectly.
